Red Skies of Montana - 1952
     An adventure drama in which smoke jumper Cliff Mason, played by Richard Widmark, attempts to save his crew while being over-run by a forest fire, not only to save them, but to redeem himself after his last fire when he was the only survivor.
 
Hellfighters - 1968
     Starring John Wayne, is about a group of oil well firefighters, based loosely on the life of Red Adair.  Adair, "Boots" Hansen, and "Coots" Matthews, served as technical advisors on the film.
 
Fahrenheit 451 - 1967
     Based on the novel, the film stars Oskar Werner as a "fireman" whose job is to burn any books "for the good of humanity" as books have been outlawed.
 
Towering Inferno - 1974
